Anthony (Gary?),

Generally, flac2mp3 bugs are better logged as tickets on the flac2mp3
project page [1].

All of the errors you have posted are flac-related, ie. not my problem.

You should be able to demonstrate this by running "flac -t" on the files
showing errors.

I have seen this before but I've not got to the bottom of how these
files have been produced. You might get better results talking to the
flac author.
