If you can remember a directory that failed, delete the MP3 copy of that
directory and run it again against the FLAC version of that directory.

If it gave an error between a couple of directories then grab a small
subset of your FLAC files in the same directory structure (including a
known problem one) and run it just against that subset.

It should be fairly easy to get to the bottom of the problem ones and
therefore how best to attack finding any others in your library.
