I use this combo.
Google:
http://images.google.com/images?q=u2+achtung+baby&gbv=2&hl=en&imgsz=xga

I usually use <artist> <album title> as search terms. Google allows
you to specify by image size too these days. I usually start with the
larger sizes and go smaller if something large isn't available.

Mp3tag:
Once found on Google I go to the full size version of the image and
right click -> copy image. I then select the relevant tracks in mp3tag
and click on the album art and say paste cover. Then save. Then a
quick extrac cover to save it in the album folder as well in case some
program needs it to be there. Mp3tag defaults to tagging images as the
front cover. If you happen to find the back cover or leaflet etc you
can add it to and change the type for that image. I.e. you can easily
add multiple images to a song and tag them correctly. Mp3tag also seems
to work well with mp3s flacs and wma.

I found this the fastest flexible way for me. Some of my music is more
obscure and thus the album art extracters generally find the wrong
covers or don't find anything as it is not for sale on amazon or
similar.

Cheers
Louis
