Wonderful - thanks for passing this along.  While this will convert the
files, tagging information from iTunes won't come along for the ride,
right?  I imagine I'd have to find another script to do this... 

I'm actually thinking now about powering up my old Windows PC (before I
sell it on Gumtree for cheap money) and batch-converting everything
through DBPowerAmp as I imagine this will do both the file conversion
AND tagging in one fell swoop.
