That's all you need.  Most of the command line options shown just add
tags.  Some people add -V to have flac.exe verify the file after
encoding, but I've never used it and have never had a corrupt file.

You could also add --replay_gain to have the encoder compute and store
track level Replay Gain tags, but this isn't the best way to add Replay
Gain, as it won't compute the proper album level Replay Gain (I think it
may duplicate the track level tags in the album level tags).  Better to
add Replay Gain after ripping the whole album so that album gain can be
set correctly.

Double-check to make sure you've unchecked 'Add ID3 tag', which is the
source of endless problems in SbS when people mistakenly add ID3 tags to
FLAC files.
