B1ackmai1er I've recently figured out how to do this, so thought I would chip in with the steps.
In Foobar use the File menu to get all our tracks showing in the main pane. Use the Edit menu to Select All Right click and select "Scan Selection as Albums (by tags)" Once the process is complete you will be prompted before the replay gain tags are applied. When you add new music just do the same thing. Foobar will only scan the new stuff so it won't take long second time round.
