I would try this: In Mp3tag load all of the Alicia Keys tracks and highlight them in the file view (columns on the right). Then use the Extended Tags dialog (View > Extended Tags, Alt+T, or the 'pencil & paper' button). If there's an ARTISTSORT field in at least one file, it will be shown here. If the value in ARTISTSORT differs, or if it's not present in all files, then it will say <keep> instead of showing the value. If you see the ARTISTSORT field in the Extended Tags dialog then you can simply highlight it hit the red X to delete it from all files. If you don't see an ARTISTSORT field in Extended Tags, then also examine the ARTIST tag. If they all match it will say 'Alicia Keys'. If at least one differs it will say <keep>.
