The recommendations I get for dbpa ripping are overwhelming. I'd like to try their 30-day trial period, but can't because some time ago I installed it for another reason (wasn't ripping then) and then junked it. No more trials for me. If I end up getting frustrated, I'll just buy it. Hell - I'm retired and don't have to buy ties any longer.
Just a few minutes ago, I installed vuplayer which accesses Gracenote. If I need tagging that freedb can't supply and gracenote can, I just export the tags to cdplayer.ini and import that file to EAC. Yeah, it's a couple of steps, but it's painless.
