The only issue I've ever experienced is that very occasionally MediaMonkey will say that all of the songs on my ipod need to be deleted and replaced. Since it takes a day and a half to load my 160 gb ipod, that's not trivial. I don't KNOW whether it's MediaMonkey related. I also use other software that touches it, like QTScrobbler, so there are other fingers to point. In any case, it happens once/twice a year and I can live with that.
