I'm using the exact format for file names as shown above by garym. And as JJZolx pointed out, using mp3tag you can rename your files according to their tags. So after you've corrected your TITLE and TRACK tags in mp3tag you can bulk rename them with a built-in converter (menu 'Convert/Tag - Filename' or in the toolbar the first of the icons with a red bullet and yellow arrow). It lets you select the format string. I'm using "$num(%track%,2) - %title%" for single disc albums and "%discnumber%-$num(%track%,2) - %title%" for multiple disc albums. In the latter case you'd need to have the DISCNUMBER tag set, of course.
