You can have LMS ignore files of certain extensions, if you like. Go to
Settings > File Types > Disabled Audio File Extensions and enter the
extensions separated by commas. (The example happens to show 'cue,
mp4'). This may be easier and more desirable than finding and deleting
files you don't want scanned.

I store CUE sheets with all of my CD rips, to aid in burning a CD copy
of the original if I ever want to. So I have 'cue' entered here.
