And depending on your settings in mp3tag, lms may not recognize a file
you've edited the tags in as new. There's a setting in mp3tag that
preserves the file modification date even with edits. This file may not
be considered new or changed by lms. Personally, I just untick this
option in mp3tag so that any tag edit produces a new file modification
date.
