Please could someone try to help with this?  Custom Scan is driving me
up the wall at present!

So, after a period of very unpredictable behaviour, my system has
settled into a pattern where the main scan works fine but the Custom
Scan / Tag fails.  Or at least, that's what I'm assuming as some, but
not all, of my custom browse menus are consistently returning "No
matching songs, albums or artists were found".  The custom browse menus
haven't worked fully for about a week now, despite the main scan working
fine.

I'm running LMS version 7.7.2 on a QNAP 239 Pro (installed via qpkg on
the QNAP).

Erland has said to enable "info level logging on plugin.customscan* log
points" but how do I do this?  I really need to find a way to track
what's happening when the custom scan / tag scanning kicks in.  It's
frustrating to set it going and wait a couple of hours for it finishing,
only to find that it hasn't worked, again!

Is there a possibility that the QNAP firmware is no longer fully
compatible with LMS?  If that's the case, is there any option available
to upgrade LMS on the QNAP?
