All, Research IT's regularly-scheduled meeting on 4/7 has been canceled as many regular attendees will be participating in 2016's first semi-annual "consulting summit."
About the consulting summit: The consulting summit is an opportunity to meet colleagues on campus who provide consulting around research, teaching, and learning, to help strengthen consultants’ referral networks, and to facilitate sharing best practices, approaches, and challenges. Participants will hear from a diverse set of consulting working groups that have been meeting since October 2015, and can optionally participate in a new working group to further build connections between consulting organizations while pursuing areas of common interest. Participants will shape the nature and topics of future consulting summits. The consulting summit is being organized by Research IT in partnership with ETS and many campus groups, and is being hosted by BIDS from 10 am to 3 pm at 190 Doe Library. Lunch will be provided. *Anyone involved with providing research, teaching, and/or learning consultation anywhere on campus is welcome to participate! Please RSVP here <http://goo.gl/forms/Cxv2gh0jXA>.* Thanks, Steve -- Steve Masover Research Information Technology (Research IT) http://research-it.berkeley.edu [email protected] 510-642-8488
