Nathan,

(Copying back to list for other’s reference)

I did follow all the items in
https://github.com/ElvishArtisan/aman/blob/master/INSTALL and for my client who
is using CentOS 6 these instructions worked perfectly. I did notice that Wayne
was also using Debian Wheezy so I think that may be the common issue. I would
suspect a missing library, but my C++Fu is not very good so I'm not sure where
to start.

Thanks,

Bit of a stupid response, but did you check all the details in
https://github.com/ElvishArtisan/aman/blob/master/INSTALL i've never used AMAN
fully myself so don't really know any more than that...

How interesting that someone else is playing with AMAN setup too. I am
currently having the exact same issue! My aman gui looks identical to
Wayne's and I can't figure out why.

Fred, is there some prerequisite we've forgotten (or is not documented) that
would cause this? I'm using Debian Wheezy, but I have a client using CentOS
6 and his detects the database server and starts master/slave just fine.
