Sounds like you are saying they are the best, but then what you
describe after words sounds like you would not go back to GBIS...

collection agency saying I owed them $20 that suddenly

I just need to take the time to go to small claims
court. It's not worth the time or money, but it will
be worth the satisfaction...
BTW, I've been using SBC DSL for @ 5 years now without
any major problems.
