Ya can't beat Great Basin... I signed up with them for a week back in the 90's and quit because I was unable to connect at the promised speed. 5 years later I received a letter from a collection agency saying I owed them $20 that suddenly became $40 something. I didn't owe them anything and refused to pay. It then showed up on my credit report so I called Great Basin. They didn't care.
I just need to take the time to go to small claims court. It's not worth the time or money, but it will be worth the satisfaction...
