A week ago you said you were bringing equipment over to my office -
Have not seen or heard from you about it since and I have folks waiting to
come by and pick it up. What's the deal?

Since it's tax season, there is someone here normally from 8AM to
6PM Monday through Saturday.
We're also usually here for part of Sunday, but we lock the door
and don't answer the phone.
