I think it has something to do with MCCP v1. I had issues when zMud users tried to connect and was sending both the will_do MCCP v1 and V2 strings. Once I removed the v1 stuff, everything seemed to work. Yeah, it sucks that I can't support both, but isn't v1 supposed to be a dead standard, so my outlook is, get a better client if you want compression. Jef
