bugs 1 and 3 yes, bug 2 popped out first time in 6.24 i think.

pd supports both v1 and v2 .. you could implement ttype negotiation and if it
returns zmud, you could just send the v2 telopt string and lock the v1
negotiation out. i didn't bothered with that on pd tho, if someone complains i
send them to zuggs site to download 6.25 ;)
