what would be the permissions on tsch?

See, csh is like a "shortcut" if you will 
for tsch, that's what the "csh->tcsh" means...

We call em "links", so you need to make sure 
that you have tcsh also setup with the proper 
permissions...

Check that, hopefully it'll help ya get it started.
