Nice Blarney Stone touch :D I probably would've had it bless them and
poison them slightly, I've heard some of the miscreants like to do
things like pee on it so they can have a good laugh at the tourists :D
and aren't you supposed to get up under that thing to kiss it, where all
the unmentionable things live and grow? *shivers*

You could, for example put a check in the mana_heal/hp_heal function (un

named wrong i think, maybe heal_hp, or gain_hp? anywho its in update.c
somewhere (search for gsn_poison and it should be there) add a check in
there to see if the object exists in the room and multiply the healing
rate by X or so.

Also, a much more intresting and complex way would be to create a new
item type and make a command like do_touch, so if they touch the new
item it heals them.
For example, for a fun, I had a Blarney stone in my mud, and when they
'kissed' the stone, it blessed them and healed them a bit, itsa St.
Patrick's day thing ;)
