All I've done is add a new option called "Percussion Matrix", which
calls up a matrix editor that uses fixed-width diamond shapes (like
Hydrogen's pattern editor) instead of varying-width rectangles. It's
an hour's work at most.

The interesting (i.e. tough) bits are yet to do -- managing drum maps
being the big one -- my brain hurts just thinking about where to put
that in the GUI. But also the editing code is exactly like the matrix
at the moment, there's not yet anything specific to the percussion
matrix about it. (Assigning the correct note-off times for inserted
notes; showing drum names instead of piano pitch; neutralising the
resize tool etc.)

Ideas and rambles about drum pattern editing are welcome.
