Lots here (and I did have the moc file at some point, anyway). I'm not feeling great today, though, and I haven't the will to wade through it at the moment I'm afraid. >> KStartupLogo-related (didn't we disable that in the normal CMake build system >> anyway?) >> > I don't know. > I think we will use QSplashScreen ... somehow .. anywhere. We should probably just comment out KStartupLogo and KAboutData for the moment and make a decision about them later. They aren't functionally required. > It might also be necessary to modify some qt4-headers. > That should not be done or required, but I still don't know > how to fix it here. > I'm not allowed to subclass QMainWindow otherwise. I don't understand -- it certainly should be possible to subclass QMainWindow, it's a routine thing to do. If we can't do something without modifying a Qt header, then of course we'll have to find some alternative to doing that thing, because we can't be editing the headers. But that shouldn't be necessary in that case. Anyway, I hope to give it more thought when I'm feeling a bit more intelligent. (Nothing very wrong, just tired and with a cold and not really up to this today.)
