In entering notes using the notation editor, with the "Adjust velocity
to follow text dynamics" toolbar button selected, notes end up having a
velocity of 100, regardless what text dynamics is in-place at the point
the note is entered. I have tried this with several different dynamics
settings (ppp, p, mp, f). The dynamics setting appears to have no effect.
I have observed this behavior on levels 15.12 and 17.12.
