With qsynth this likely is possible by assigning different channels to
loaded soundfonts,
or by creating new instances (of qsynth), for each soundfont.

In Rosegarden, this can easily be achieved (without qsynth), by
using fluidsynth-dssi
(in ubuntu:  apt-get install fluidsynth-dssi )

You can load a fluidsynth-dssi plugin for every track
and load the desired soundfont.

In the left Panel:
- select "Device" => "Synthesizer Plugin"
- select a new instrument (channel) for each dssi instance
- change "No synthesizer" to => fluidsynth dssi plugin
- click "Edit Audio" to show the plugin-GUI and select a soundfont.
