That's really strange because above it indicates that lv2 1.18.10 is
indeed available:
-- Checking for module 'lv2>=1.18.0'
-- Found lv2, version 1.18.10
And your 25.12 builds fine.
Try this:
sudo apt install lv2-dev
Not sure it will help. Let us know how it goes. I'll keep digging
into how this can happen with cmake.
