The venue that I had in mind was the totally ad hoc meeting that Zon placed
on TG3's agenda. Hopefully by Seattle we'll have seen a first cut of a
possible scope statement/problem statement for this work group's efforts. I
believe that now, more than ever, this meeting in Seattle is critical.

I agree it cuts across transactions and I believe that this is why this
discussion and work effort is taking place here in the WEDi SNIP arena.
