I removed the entire macros addition for RPM 5 Alpha 4,
as the configure wasn't working with the patched version
of the lzma tools available in e.g. Mandriva and Debian
and the macros were ugly and confusing and inconsistent.

Better to require everyone to use LZMA Utils 4.32 instead,
instead of the little toy sample programs from the SDK...
And you can still set %__lzma to something else if desired,
like the lzmash shell wrapper or some wrapper with options.
