Feel free to change the existing (rather feeble, added after
rpm-4.4.7 in order to appease PLD and arekm) versioning
for compilation against different versions of a rpmlib API,
taking into account ordering and newer issues.
Personally, the rpm roadmap issue should be committing to _ONE_
invariant
API, not tagging the existing creeping crud more precisely.
But YMMV, everyone's does.
