After the ./devtool checkout, the CVS/ dir is screwed as described, hence no
cvs status, cvs up, cvs diff, ... Perhaps I should switch to 1.12. ;-)
Anyways, I think I'm just doing something dumb, and supplying the -d switch
to cvs usually fixes it.
