Radeonhd won't recognize this card (an OEM'd X1800/R520) and radeon works
but is sloooooow...
I had a Kernel oops after this update. My hardware is in the other end
of the spectrum, a HD4870, hence no support from either radeon or
radeonhd. Without fglrx, I am left without X. For now I have rolled
back the update.
Did you update form 8.12 or earlier? If so, this is a known problem - you
can fix it by running:
# fglrx-config-display disable
# fglrx-config-display enable
I'm working on a fix as we speak, should be ready tomorrow.
