Hi, The draft is a little more aggressive than I expected, but I support it. The issue is that putting these matters at the top /might/ help someone seeing an RFC or I-D for the first time (I doubt it), but it's repeated for people who read more than one document. So, the more you participate, the more your attention is wasted.
