Hi,
I've seen others with this problem, and
thought I'd see if anyone had yet found a solution. It occurs for me on Solaris8
SPARC, and seems to be exclusive to solaris8 in my reading of the archive. Has
anyone succesfully run this on Solaris8?
I myself have succesfully managed to
transfer one file in the hierarchy, and find I can transfer more than one as
long as they match the remotehost::module/filename, ie rsyncmaster::www/*
/var/www transfers all files in module www on rsyncmaster, but as soon as I add
-r, -a, or take off the /*, back come the readlink errors.
Just thought this might be of use to others.
And of course of anyone can help me I'd be very thankful.
