I understand the status of the project and what I should do. #The reason why I asked how the contributors collaborate for rsyslog was that I cloned the repository with git and I couldn't find any docbook or .po files. As soon as possible, I'll start to translate docs into Japanese. BTW, Fedora 9 has the man page, rsyslogd(8) with the version 3.14.0.
