Rainer, per your request I re-ran the test and was able to start rsyslog
with the newly downloaded binaries. The following shows test output. I also
included the logs from /var/log/messages which indicate that there might be
a problem with some queues. Could you please confirm that this is not a
regression of the queue related issues fixed in 8.18.0 or 8.19.0?
