Thanks Brian, I did run 'cpan > install Net::LDAP' after seeing that error and I thought it installed... but I just learned how to use 'instmodsh' to list all the perl modules, saw it wasn't there, and ran the install again... where I saw it failed on 'make' do to an additional module I chose 'yes' to when I should have chosen 'no'. I closed the cpan session, reopened it and ran the install Net::LDAP again, chose 'no' and it installed this time. And, now the server is running again with 'Set(@Plugins, (qw(RT::Authen::ExternalAuth)));' added on RT_SiteConfig.PL file.
