Are you using RT::Authen::ExternalAuth or just normal RT auth? If the former, go look at the AutoCreateNonExternalUsers config setting (and your logs)
Yes. Set that to "1" and it works.... Just to be sure, these people who are "auto created" can't log in to RT? How are they keyed, by email address?
