When I wanted to do a similar thing,
I found it easier to modify the global scrip (Custom Condition)
to recognize a special address in that field for the queue:
return (($self->TransactionObj->Type eq "Correspond") &&
($self->TicketObj->QueueObj->CorrespondAddress() ne "NONE"));
