Hi Asif, Can you test basic functionality. Like change the status with:
Status: resolved at the top of your reply email. I'm just wondering if CommandByMail isn't working or you are just having issues with the interaction with Custom Fields. I just installed CommandByMail, but it was on version 4 not three. It is working great.
