You appear to have asked variants on this question a few times. In each case, a mailing list user asked you for information needed to help you. How are you invoking rt-mailgate, from an aliases file? Show the alias file, with all the options you are passing to rt-mailgate. Have you read your apache error log? Since you're getting a 500 error, and that's an HTPT status code, I'd look there. -kevin
