Hello listmates, I have just encountered a strange situation. Apparently, as I am trying to assign a ticket, some users do show up in the "Owner" pulldown and others do not. Thus far, I have failed to see what the selection criteria is there.
Any help with this will be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Boris.
