Requirement details: Job Title: SAP BTP Architect Location: Alabama (Travel: 50 % travel to client location, resources need to be flexible to travel onsite) Duration : 6+ Months Location: Client site is based in Alabama so preferably someone based in Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, KY or the Midwest somewhere preferred. Below are few details : Short JD: We need someone with experience who can assist/complement the work load and be able to work fairly independently especially in BTP, OData services, CDS views etc. * Other key words to look for: Azure, AWS, Cloud, services etc. * Team is looking someone with experience/knowledge: * BTP or Cloud certifications * BTP or Basis admin * BTP security * BTP services * Cloud connector. SAP BTP Architect * The ideal candidate will possess deep technical skills in software architecture and cloud computing as well as very strong written and public communication skills. * Strong Design & Architecture skills - 10+ years of SAP experience in the overall architecture of software applications for products and solutions. * The candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in area of BTP administration, Monitoring and operations- Basis skills on BTP * Knowledge of enabling and configuring multiple BTP services like Workzone, Identity & Authentication, Destinations, workflows, HANA Cloud etc. * Having understanding on SAP BTP, it's services and deployment approach * Strong SAP Landscape knowledge along with latest offerings from BTP * Experience of SAP BTP different environments - NEO, Cloud foundry, KYMA, ABAP * Worked on setup of multiple services and instances provided by SAP BTP like - SAP BAS, SAP Cloud transport management, SAP Continuous integration & continuous delivery, Alert notification, Automation pilot etc. * Should be able to provision and manage the Global Accounts, Sub Accounts and Organizations * Should be able to deploy and manage the entitlements, spaces and quota in BTP cockpit * Knowledge on deployment & configuration of applications such as Process Integration, Integration suite, WebIDE etc. * Should be able to provision and manage the services/applications in SAP BTP along with the familiarity of SAP BTP CLI platform. * Should be able to perform security activities such as create users, user groups, role collections, assignments of roles, Manage web access and API controls. * Should be able to integrate backend ERP or S/4 HANA and SAP Cloud systems via cloud connector and manage the destinations in SAP BTP * Should have strong knowledge on SAP Cloud Connector Installation, Configuration and Upgrade. * Extensive knowledge on administrative activities in SAP ABAP, SAP HANA & SAP ASE systems running on SAP BTP * Should be able to configure SSO on BTP environment, audit logging and Principal propagation. * Should have strong knowledge on BTP security aspects such as SSO, Oauth, OpenID...etc. * Knowledge about platform operations like Identity Provider configuration, assertion-based mapping for authorization, role collection configuration etc. * Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions. * Good to have BTP certifications or Any Cloud Certifications. * Experience in configuring platform automation, alerts & notifications and monitoring will be a plus.
