Well, maybe the number of downtrodden seeking my services that can pay the going rate has shrunk. Number of bankruptcies by people who once held good paying jobs and now has none with nothing on the horizon has increased. The number of home purchases coming through has been a trickle compared to previous years (not to mention the '90's). Number of foreclosures is WAY up.
