It takes the following in V1.x
For a new task
rtl_fpinit 
instead of
rtl_init

for an existing task

rt_task_use_fp (RT_TASK *task, 1)
to turn it on

rt_task_use_fp (RT_TASK *task, 0)
to turn it off.
