What are "all sources"? "including phone" -- what phone? Mobile? IOS only? Blackberry? Land lines? This "system" can monitor all voice traffic to/from certain phones? Awesome. Do you know anyone who can get on the NSA "Friends and Family" plan to leverage their traffic capture infrastructure? :-) You might have to adjust the client's expectations a bit, I think...
