Um...no. I'm not trying to pry into your requirements, but I *am* telling you that your requirements must make sense, or else your project is doomed. You are being asked to build an F-16 with your choice of a bicycle or a moped as engine. Oh, and it has to have a fuel efficiency of 30 MPG, and don't spend too much time developing it.
