Parth and Bosko, I'm having the same problem on Vista. So I went looking for an sqlite3.dll, found one somewhere and put it into Ruby192\bin but must have found an incompatible one because when I run rails server I get a message that says "no entry point for sqlite3_something_something". Where did you get your working sqlite3.dll? (I'm feeling pretty dumb right now!)
