Hi Bob, I've found that USPS airmail letterpost is the best way to
ship items under 4 pound to foreign countries, or airmail parcel post
if it weighs more than 4 pounds. From what I hear the buyers don't
have to pay a customs brokerage fee with mail but they do with UPS and
Fed Ex.....dave
