Hey Guys,
Do you think I could I be sued if I didn't adequately warn potential
HO folks about my "Killer" ballast? Suppose I have a module at a
train show, and some unsuspecting HO guy comes by and keels over
dead! Am I liable? It seems strange that this ballast has, in
Bill's opinion, grave potential to HO scalers, yet is safe for
modelers in other scales. How much of this material do you think
would prove lethal? If I just have a small amount might they only
become ill? More questions than answers. On the other hand, Bill
may be on to a new way to recruit S scalers! If he has found a
substance that will truly kill people on the spot I'd bet that a
large number of them would abandon HO right off! Of course many
would choose O or even N, but I think we'll get a few.
